Powered by solar energy, the solar panel absorbs direct and full sunlight during the day to charge the battery, allowing the lights to last for 8 hours or more at night. With an IP44 waterproof rating, the lights are suitable for outdoor use, withstanding rain, snow, frost, or sleet (except heavy rain). The tough and sealed construction makes them weather-resistant.

The lights come with a mounting kit for posts, simply screwing the solar cap lights into the highest point on the railing. They can be easily mounted on top of any 4 x 4, 5 x 5 or 6 x 6 inch wooden post. Please remove the tab on the back of the light before charging. Note that the charging effect of the solar panel depends on sunlight, so the LED lighting time is affected by weather, seasons, and locations. Cover the solar panel if you want the light to turn on during daylight.

Fully charge the solar panel under sunlight for 12 hours before first use. While the lights are waterproof, avoid soaking them in water for an extended period. Ensure there is no strong light source around the solar panel at night.
