Ciata Semi-recessed Emergency Light is constructed from premium quality injection molded engineering grade thermoplastics, which is 5VA flame retardant, ensuring a long-lasting life. It features a clear polycarbonate cover that is full gasketed, offering protection against non-hazardous dust, dirt, moisture, rain, corrosive surrounding or water splashing premises and providing consistent and uniform illumination.

The Emergency Light has a Dual 120/277 Voltage operation and is tested extensively for durability, making it suitable for wet location use (20°C –40°C). It features two fully adjustable ultra-bright 7.2 Watts MR-16 halogen lamp heads, with a smooth metalized reflector and glass lens for maximum light distribution.

The fully automatic solid-state two-rate charger initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 24 hours, and it has a 6V maintenance-free, rechargeable sealed lead acid battery. The Emergency Light features an internal solid-state transfer switch that automatically connects the internal battery to lamp heads, providing a minimum of 90-minutes of emergency illumination in the event of a power failure. Additionally, the Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD) prevents the battery from deep discharge.

The Ciata Emergency Light ensures easy installation and battery maintenance, with the option to wall mount via the knockouts on the back of the housing. It is a perfect choice for both indoor and outdoor locations, suitable for use in hallways, hospitals, garages, walkways, corridors, apartments, theatres, retail spaces, and shopping malls.

The weatherproof design and waterproof construction of the Emergency Light come with a Charge rate/ power "ON" LED indicator light and a push-to-test switch for mandated code compliance testing. The Emergency Light meets the following certifications: UL924, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, NEC, OSHA, and local and state codes.
